It is our desire to reachout to the people of London through various “no-strings-attached” ministry initiatives which will, in very practical ways, share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This local mission involves such things as giving away hats, gloves and hot chocolate to people in the downtown area during the winter months and hosting barbeques and fun days in our neighbourhood.

In April of 2007 the first annual Gateway Bike Clinic was organized and a team of men fixed close to 75 bikes for kids in a local community and, thanks to the generousity of the Gateway church family, they also gave away 26 more bikes. Since then we have continued to reach out to this community with summer festivals, a Canada Day celebration and the continuation of the bike clinics.

These are just a few of the ways we can be the hands of Jesus reaching out!
